Serving kids for 50 years
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis has been helping the kids who need us most for the last 50 years. From humble beginnings serving 102 boys at the Barksdale Club in 1962 we have grown exponentially to serve more than 11, 000 boys and girls at 6 branches in the Memphis area but there is room for more.
If you'd like to make a life-changing difference for a child, consider sponsoring a kid's membership to the Club for just $50 a month. This commitment, while small, could mean a regular afternoon snack for a child, an ACT workshop for a high school student or a scholarship for kid who is the first in his family to attend college. Your investment of $50 a month means that our Clubs can reach more kids than ever.

Take up the MyBGCM 50 Challenge. Find a way to give 50 to benefit BGCM the challenge is up to you. Run 50 miles, tutor 50 hours, make 50 sky dives, read 50 books, invite 50 friends to check out BGCM, bike across all 50 states, give up your birthday and instead of gifts have 50 friends donate your age, if you can dream it, we want to hear about it!
