Volunteer

Become a Volunteer for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Memphis! Generally, we need individuals who are willing to volunteer 1-3 hours per week for about 3 months. There are many wonderful ways to help make a difference. Volunteers can participate in activities from homework help, arts & crafts, sports, and much more.

We understand that your most valuable resource is time. Giving yours to enrich the life of a child is an investment you can be proud of. Every year, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis utilizes hundreds of volunteers to accomplish our mission:

"To enable all young people, especially those who need us most to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens."

Our Clubs are open Monday-Friday from 2-8p.m. and we welcome group service projects outside Club operating hours. We are always looking for caring adults and groups to provide:

  • Mentoring
  • Homework help/Tutoring
  • Coaching
  • Arts & crafts instruction
  • Snack & meal preparation
  • Computer, programming, coding or robotics
  • Vocational training
  • Fundraising support
  • Donor thank yous
