Antonio Harris, Executive Director - antonioh@bgcm.org

Antonio Harris was born and raised in Memphis. He graduated from Booker T. Washington High School, where he excelled not only in the classroom, but on the basketball court. He achieved All City while matriculating through Booker T. Washington. After high school, Antonio accepted a scholarship to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He returned to Memphis to complete his education at Lemoyne-Owen College. Antonio still holds the distinction and record for the most three pointers in one game that stands at 14. While attending college he worked as a staff member at the Goodwill Branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs. After college be became a professional staff member at the Downtown Porter Branch as a Program Director. He currently serves as a Club Director at the Goodwill Branch.

Sandy Currin, Program Director - sandyc@bgcm.org

Born in Memphis, Sandy served in the United States Armed Forces (Army) for 8 years. She received a double AA in Psychology and AS in Sociology, and a minor in Substance Abuse Counseling from Southwest Tennessee Community College.

She considers her role at the Boys & Girls Clubs a calling saying "I pray each day when I arrive at the club and embrace the club members that I continued to inspire at least one child a day, one day at a time."  Her goals are to continue her education and someday become a Licensed Counselor for the Boys and Girls Club. Sandy has 2 children and one grandchild, who is the Light of her life.
