Paula Guyton is a native of Memphis, TN. She attended Lemoyne-Owen College. Paula is an outgoing, dedicated, hardworking young lady who loves working with youth of all ages. She has been a staff member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Memphis since 2001. Paula has worked at four units, all in which she has been promoted. Some of her achievements include Youth Development Professional, Professional Staff of the Year, Staff of the Year, Going the Extra Mile Nominee and Winner, Interim Club Director. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Paula believes in “Inspiring Youth to BE GREAT!”

Ifeakumdin’chi (My Wealth Is In The Lord) was raised in Memphis, TN. He attended Memphis Central High School and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Southern University Baton Rouge. Efay is a creative and an outgoing individual that loves to engage in fashion design, sports, and fine arts. He has mentored and worked with inner city youth since his early teenage years. The oldest of two younger sisters, Efay understands what it means to be a leader and positive role model to kids of all ages. He has been a staff member of Boys and Girls Club Greater Memphis since 2006, starting at the now Bernal Smith Club in 2006l. He now serves as Program Director of the Sycamore View Branch. Some of his experience and accomplishments include: 2012- 2013 Bernal E. Smith Staff of the Year, work with CEO to design, market, and distribute his own line of custom jeans (AO Jeans), and has significant experience with research on drug use and teens.
