Chris Garner was born and raised in Memphis, TN where he graduated from Treadwell High School and later received a basketball scholarship to the University Of Memphis earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Growing up in the inner city of Memphis and being the youngest of 5 kids, Chris had to work hard and prove himself at all times. As a result, he became determine to beat all odds set before him.
Chris grew up in the Ira Samelson Boys & Girls with childhood friends such as Penny Hardaway and Elliot Perry who all attended Treadwell and the University Of Memphis. Each of them later went on to play in the NBA. Chris played 3 years in the NBA and 11 years in Europe. With all of the experiences that the game of basketball provided him with Chris is now ready to teach and show the kids of Memphis that "DREAMS DO COME TRUE"… Educate your mind to be better tomorrow than you were today!

Donte Pryor is a dedicated and hardworking individual who loves working with youths of all ages. He is a former math teacher that also mentored & tutored the youth at his church over the past five years. He recently decided to leave the classroom back in September of 2017 to join the staff at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis to service the youth of the city in a different capacity.
