Kristyn Martin was born in Chicago, IL and raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago - Country Club Hills, IL. She has worked for a number of recreational and educational youth development programs since the age of 16. Kristyn has experience working in park districts, community centers, schools, residential facilities, and with volunteer organizations dedicated towards youth development in Chicago and Memphis, TN. Prior to Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis, Kristyn served as a Community Center Assistant Director with the City of Memphis. Kristyn graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University. Currently, she attends Arkansas State University for her Master's in Public Administration seeking graduation in Spring 2016.
Kristyn is dedicated to serving youth through the Boys & Girls Clubs mission. In addition, Kristyn encourages youth to learn, grow, and have fun within a safe environment.

Eric Dupree was born and raised in Memphis. He attended Cordova High School and Remington College where he graduated Salutatorian with a degree in Applied Science Criminal Justice. Eric has volunteered as an Auxiliary Juvenile Probation Officer for the City of Memphis. He has a strong passion to encourage, enlighten and empower the youth of today through his life experiences. He believes in the motto, “You have to be the change that you want to see.” He is excited to be a part of the Boys & Girls Club Of Greater Memphis and ready to leave his mark in this endeavor.
